As a man, I’d say flexibility is definitely important in sex, but “enduring power” is more. And I don’t mean only how long I can “last” before coming, but even the muscle and heart strength to keep going while it’s going… After an extended period without sex and hardly any physical exercise, when I’m having sex again, I feel how my arms are weaker to support the weight of my own body for a longer time in some positions, and the musculature doesn’t follow the high sex drive so good. And just after orgasm, that lovely after-sex moment, I feel my heart pounding more than the usual, and I gasp for air… Such intense thing, thank God, is sex. Of course, it’s great to see how practice soon makes it better.

I’ve taken both pilates and yoga, I much prefer the yoga as pilates was killer to do. Now that I have some experience it’s easy to get into the flow and not notice everything going on around me. When I first started and had to watch the instructor to get the poses right- it was so distracting at times. I didn’t realize people could bend like that. Thoughts like, she must have a happy boyfriend or oh wow hot were the norm.
