Can you believe it’s the end of October next month? Halloween? Thanksgiving Day? Christmas right around the corner? I’ve been doing my best to be festive, which is one of my favorite things to do. Mulled wine and hot toddies, pumpkin pie, pumpkin carving, pumpkin picking, pumpkin spice, and all other things pumpkin. Hay rides and corn mazes, sweaters and scarves, and a whole lot of scary movie nights. Have you seen American Horror Story: Coven? I had to stop watching last season because it twisted my stomach so badly but for some reason the story in this series is a little easier for me to handle and I absolutely love the new additions to the cast.
Next month brings a lot of excitement for me. I’m turning 25, and with that marks another full year of suggestivetongue. I’ll be going off to the beach for a long weekend, which I’m really looking forward to, and spending lots of time working on a new writing project with some friends. I signed up for NaNoWriMo (national novel writing month) and quickly realized that my loyalties rest here. One day I’ll write a novel, publish a book, rack up the loose change. Until then, we expect great things from you, Mr… whoops, wrong story.
Hope you’re all doing well, and enjoying the fall in our own ways.
For some notes of business:
1. I got a submission from someone who said that their questions didn’t appear on my blog. It was unclear if that submission was spam in itself or not. If you are ever concerned that your question hasn’t been answered and a reasonable amount of time has passed (7-10 days) by all means email me and ask again or ask if I have received that question. If your question is time sensitive, make a note of that when you ask it. I try to respond as quickly as I can, but life is pretty busy as of late so it’s a balancing act.
2. I am looking to do some interviews on my blog. If you are in what you might consider an unusual or particularly interesting romantic or sexual relationship, send me an email. I’ll shoot some questions back and forth with you and share your story on ST. I’d also love to link to your blog at the end as well, if you have one.
3. Like following along? Want to support? Given that it’s my blogs anniversary coming up, I’ll need to pick up a bunch of goodies to keep the site running. A five or ten dollar donation would go a long way to helping me make those purchases. I’m trying out Square Cash instead of PayPal, which I’m hoping will be of greater ease to use. Check out more at the Support tab above. Thanks for reading!
